Principal responsibilities
Maintain the high quality of service and deliverable for the business needed. Assist with evergreen of hardware and software within the local data centres, and support on new system deployments within agreed time lines.
Incident management and escalate to key stakeholders, provide quick response on immediate recovery.
Schedule and deliver system solutions in accordance with relevant business requirements.
Support for Linux server and windows Server deployments. OS security and local vulnerability Patching. Manage incidents, problems and change. Continuously monitoring of capacity.
Work closely with system engineers and service providers, to ensure the service delivery can meet the timeline, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy. Provide proactive consultancy to business users, help business to capture revenue growth, improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Good understanding principle of ITSM on incident / change and problem management.

Good understanding on the ITIL, SLA, OLA and IT Cyber Security.
Strong incident analyst and problem-solving skill.
Capable to manage communications effectively including the capacity to articulate technical solutions for business’ understanding.
Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details.
Non-office hour and weekend support may require for handle incident and planned change.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
