Principal responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) and prototyping to explore and validate the feasibility and flexibility of innovative ideas.Design and develop platform capabilities spanning AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments.Build and optimize key AI platform components—including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent frameworks—to accelerate AI solution delivery.Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).Troubleshoot complex platform issues to ensure successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production.Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems that meet business needs.
