Principal responsibilities

Carry out detailed requirements analysis on sprint scope, test strategy selection and automation preparation. Design, Lead team to implement re-usable testing automation in sprint under quality standards. Work with test members on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverage. Innovate usage and performance of existent automation code. Coordinate with diff role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution. Cooperate with global test team on automation design, task plan, status reporting. Foresee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing. Participate to research and development in the new technical methodologies in automating manual testing. Provide consultant to other test teams on automation architecture and work efficiency optimization. Hold knowledge share activities and keep uplift test capability in test teams of whole Commercial Banking IT product line. Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes.
