Principal responsibilities

Develop and lead junior team members to implement IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements.Lead the team to run all necessary agile ceremony and handle various team activities, such as prepare project related documentation and provide support on compliance and audit query.Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.Work closely with Risk IT global team on joint development and maintenance projects.Act as architect role to deliver future state architecture to replacing existing legacy batch based system.Conference call after office hour may require when participate in project involve colleagues from different locations.
