Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational activities with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is crucial for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead will drive innovation in process development, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Best Practices In Hardware Break-Fix Processes, Optimizing Reporting Mechanisms, And Streamlining Information Flow To Support Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations Through Proactive Engagement And Effective Resource Allocation.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Expectations, While Promoting A Culture Of Accountability And Collaboration.
