We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Consulting team as a Senior Consultant. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Consultant, Enterprise Risk Services, Marsh Advisory
An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Enterprise Risk Consultant to join our Advisory team at Marsh in London (Tower Place). You will lead engagements with a diverse range of clients, collaborating to identify, analyse, quantify, and effectively mitigate risk.
We are a highly collaborative team and offer a supportive environment in which you can expect to engage with high profile clients in the UK and overseas on innovative risk assessments.
We will count on you to:
Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engagements to enhance risk maturity across our clients, aligning strategies with effective industry practices.
Help organisations of all shapes and sizes access and benefit from enterprise risk analysis and management in a way relevant to their businesses.
Recommend improvements in policies, procedures, processes, systems, and controls while managing the execution of risk advisory projects,
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through impactful communication, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique risk challenges.
Stay informed on emerging risk trends, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
What you need to have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or related equivalent.
Demonstrable experience in an ERM consulting role or within a large corporate if you can demonstrate internal consulting credentials.
Working proficiency of risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
High level of quantitative skills to interpret and assess business and risk data.
