Role Summary
As a Senior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Consultant, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance top-line growth and profitability for clients across sectors like CPG, Retail, and Pharmaceuticals. This role blends data analytics, commercial strategy, and client-facing delivery to optimize pricing, promotion, trade terms, and assortment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
•    Lead client engagements focused on RGM topics such as pricing optimization, trade promotion effectiveness, and assortment strategies.
•    Design and deliver actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
•    Act as a strategic advisor to clients by providing data-driven insights and industry best practices.
•    Identify opportunities to develop capabilities around RGM and support the team in building the same.
RGM Strategy Development
•    Develop and implement holistic RGM frameworks tailored to client needs.
•    Identify opportunities across pricing architecture, pack-price strategies, promotional calendars, and channel mix.
•    Support or lead end-to-end diagnostic, design, and implementation phases.
Data & Analytics
•    Work with data science teams to create advanced RGM analytics and dashboards.
•    Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
•    Apply econometric or statistical modeling to assess elasticity, cannibalization, and promotional uplift.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
•    Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, sales, and analytics.
Thought Leadership
•    Contribute to the development of RGM methodologies, case studies, and client pitches.
•    Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge within the team and with clients.

Qualifications
Education
•    Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
•    MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience
•    5–8 years of experience in management consulting, RGM, commercial strategy, or pricing analytics.
•    Deep understanding of RGM levers across pricing, promotion, trade terms, and assortment.
•    Experience in CPG, Retail, Pharma, or related industries highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and client management abilities.
•    Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python/R (optional but desirable).
•    Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
