Job description

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Payroll, OTL and Absence area.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.

Skills4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll, OTL and Absence moduleHands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for USKnowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile modeExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modulesCandidate should be proficient in all the Payroll, OTL and Absence ProcessesAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, OTL and Absence and other modulesKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsExperience managing team size of 5+ would be a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario:$ 89004 to $ 103042
