Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Data. Solid understanding of RESTful web services, JSON/XML, Swagger, and Postman. Practical experience with microservices architecture and deployment to cloud environments (OpenShift, Azure, AWS). Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Message-oriented Middleware (MQ, Kafka) and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP). Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have

Familiarity with DevOps practices, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD). Exposure to observability frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
