Your new job | About your main responsibilities
(Diverse position in IFRS, ESG, Internal Controls & Audit readiness)
As a leader in assurance, tax, transactions, and advisory services, we are looking for experienced professionals to strengthen our Corporate Reporting and Accounting Advisory team. This role goes beyond traditional financial accounting, offering a diverse portfolio of client services. You will work on complex accounting matters, including GAAP conversions, business combinations, and legal restructurings. Additionally, you will integrate financial accounting with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, aligning with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and IFRS standards while ensuring audit readiness and strong internal controls.
As a key team member with specialized knowledge, you will provide advice and support to clients on accounting matters such as business combinations, GAAP conversions, legal restructurings, and non-financial reporting (ESG). You will guide clients in applying accounting and reporting standards to complex transactions and reporting issues.
In this role, you will:
Advise clients on complex accounting matters, including IFRS application, policy development, and financial statement reviews. Ensure financial accuracy and support audit readiness and compliance with relevant standards. Guide non-financial reporting, including ESRS and ISSB standards. Help clients optimize financial processes, ensuring robust internal controls.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
We welcome professionals with:
3–6 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance, or related fields. Strong IFRS knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) Ability to manage deadlines while working independently and collaboratively. A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in non-financial reporting (preferred).
