**Job Description:**
Experience: 5- 8 years,
Offer will be released only for Candidate willing to work in 5.30PM to 2.30AM, there are no exceptions here,
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PI/PO interfaces in a 24x7 AMS environment.
• Monitor and manage SAP PI/PO interface queues and message logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message processing failures, connectivity, and data transformation.
• Work with functional/technical teams to identify integration issues and provide resolution.
• Handle incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely closure of tickets within SLA.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders for issue resolution and impact assessment.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support interface deployments, transport management, and configuration updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation for interfaces, support procedures, and technical configurations.
• Work with SAP Support (OSS) for raising and tracking SAP Incidents when necessary.
• Support performance tuning and housekeeping tasks of the PI/PO system.

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO (7.3 and above) including:
o ESR (Enterprise Services Repository)
o ID (Integration Directory)
o SLD (System Landscape Directory)
o NWDS (NetWeaver Developer Studio)
• Experience in configuring SOAP, REST, SFTP, File, RFC, JDBC, IDoc, and Proxy adapters.
• Familiarity with message mappings (Graphical/XSLT/Java), BPM/BPMN, and alert configurations.
• Understanding of SAP interface monitoring tools (e.g., Message Monitor, RWB, NWA).
• Knowledge of PI/PO to CPI migrations is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
