**About the role** As a manager, you will make an impact by leading business analysis and product ownership initiatives that drive digital transformation for clients in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU) Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. **In this role, you will:** · Lead Agile teams as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, translating business needs into actionable requirements. · Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles and delivery goals. · Ability to teach and mentor individuals and teams in Agile practices. · Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders. · Develop and implement program strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes. · Guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful program execution. **Work model** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
