**About the role**
As a manager, you will make an impact by leading business analysis and product ownership initiatives that drive digital transformation for clients in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU) Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
**In this role, you will:**
· Lead Agile teams as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles and delivery goals.
· Ability to teach and mentor individuals and teams in Agile practices.
· Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop and implement program strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
· Guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful program execution.
**Work model**

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Deaborn, Michigan. **What you must have to be considered:**
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· Experience in Agile ceremonies and Scrum principles and frameworks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
· Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive program success.
**These will help you to succeed:**
· Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies and consulting experience.
· Certification in Business Analysis or Product Ownership (e.g., CBAP, CSPO).
· PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
