What this job involves :

2.Possess experience in financial analysis or real estate appraisal, assisting in project financial evaluation and data analysis.
3.Analysis of urban renewal and joint development regulations, and propose development issues and strategies based on project characteristics.
4.Efficiently create reports and presentation materials for clients or potential investors independently.
 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Required:

1.具備不動產專業知識及市調技巧與能力，擬定各專案土地開發法令課題與建議、市調結果分析。
2.熟悉都更、聯開開發法令，具執行相關經驗
3.具備清晰的邏輯能力可以獨立製作向客戶或潛在投資人說明的報告、簡報資料。
4.良好的協調溝通能力，協助與廠商、客戶、部門內同事協調籌辦相關活動、會議事宜。
1.Possess expertise in real estate and market research skills, capable of formulating land development regulatory issues and recommendations, and analyzing market research results for various projects.
2.Have strong logical thinking skills to independently create reports and presentation materials for clients or potential investors.
3.Familiar with urban renewal and joint development regulations, with experience in their implementation.
4.activities and meetings with vendors, clients, and colleagues within the department.
