We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our Crisis, Resilience and Reputation (CRR) consulting practice, which forms part of Marsh Advisory’s Strategic Risk Consulting team.

The CRR practice helps clients to prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptive events of all types.  Our team brings together experience gained from industry, government, the military, crisis communications, and other risk consultancies. By drawing on our broad experience, we help clients to tackle challenges in new ways. 

We are now looking to expand our team and enhance our capability.

As an integral part of the world’s largest insurance broker, Marsh Advisory offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest multinational companies in the world, as well as both our UK- and internationally - based network of consulting colleagues.

We will rely on you to:

Be a collaborative part of a consulting project team.

Gather and analyse information by reviewing documents, interviewing clients and, provide meaningful recommendations that will allow clients to improve their resilience capabilities.

Develop bespoke, practical documents to support our client’s resilience ambitions. These could include crisis frameworks, cyber response playbooks and materials for table-top exercises.

On projects, you will support senior colleagues in project management, client engagement and commercial considerations, such as budget tracking.

Prepare concise and impactful reports, presentations and verbal feedback to our clients.

What you need to have:

Enthusiasm for a career in consulting.

Experience in a resilience related field.  Gained either in a consulting environment or in-house.

A background in research, hypothesis-driven analysis and problem solving.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

An ability to build a rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
