**What you’ll be doing**
This role supports CIBC’s Workforce Experience program which engages teams across CIBC to gather employee experience feedback and data, synthesize insights and collaborate with Business and HR leaders to share findings, prioritize solutions and drive positive change.
The Senior Consultant, Workforce Experience Metrics and Reporting, is accountable for transforming workforce and employee data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance the overall employee experience. By leveraging advanced analytics, data visualization, and qualitative insights, the senior consultant supports stakeholders in shaping effective strategies that align with business objectives and foster a thriving workforce.
_At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview._
**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Data Analysis and Reporting:** This role involves gathering and analyzing workforce and business data to develop detailed and insightful business reports for senior executives. It includes creating and maintaining clear, visually impactful dashboards and reports using advanced tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support stakeholders in making informed decisions. Additionally, statistical techniques like hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, and trend analysis are applied to workforce and employee data to uncover meaningful insights. The role also includes analyzing qualitative data, such as employee feedback and exit interviews, using thematic analysis or text analytics tools to identify patterns and inform strategic initiatives.
+ **Insight Generation and Decision Support:** The position focuses on generating actionable insights from complex and diverse data sets to improve workforce experiences, inform HR and business strategies, and support organizational decision-making. This involves synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data to provide a holistic view of workforce trends and challenges. Collaboration with HR and business leaders is essential to ensure that data-driven insights are aligned with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.
+ **Operational Support and Documentation:** Provide operational support to ensure the successful achievement of objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Oversee the management of critical data and reporting processes, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of information. Prepare comprehensive materials for reviews and updates while maintaining accurate documentation and records in appropriate systems to support organizational priorities and decision-making.
