What You'll Be Doing
Corporate Security is responsible for the development of intelligence-led investigation capabilities related to fraud, suspected defalcation incidents, potential irrecoverable losses and other significant criminal investigations. Reporting to the Director, the Sr. Consultant is responsible for investigating violations of the Code of Conduct, related policies and contraventions of the law. They will be required to support and collaborate with all lines of business to assess risk, mitigate / prevent operational losses, and ensure a safe and secure working environment for employees through consultation, analysis, education, reporting and the co-ordination of investigative services, including human trafficking cases. To support the development and management of effective programs in conjunction with the Fraud Management Programs Group to safeguard assets. Deliver the investigative requirements for cases of fraud, suspected defalcations, potential irrecoverable losses (including litigation support) and other significant Code of Conduct, Internal and Criminal incidents.

How You'll Succeed
Be a trusted Advisor – Provide specialized advice/consultation to investigative inquiries relating to fraud, defalcation incidents, irrecoverable losses and other significant criminal investigations. Provide expert advice/consultation to senior management on designing, implementing and maintaining controls to protect assets, information and people.Collaborate Cross Functionally – Develop and manage relationships with management and business leaders. Liaise with local law enforcement. Liaise with Corporate Security at other financial institutions. Develop and deliver formal and informal presentations to business partners on behalf of Corporate Security.Provide program support– Prepare and support the preparation of reports for senior and executive management. Ensure a high standard of investigation service delivery. Participate in special projects and research assignments. Support delivery of security programs (only applicable as per regional requirements). Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly corporate security reports. You have well-developed project planning, management and scheduling skills sufficient to prioritize projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
