Senior Consultants are responsible for conducting their own research, data gathering and analysis to support location strategy and site selection engagements. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience and interest in labor analytics and location strategy, including domestic and international market selection, location decision framework development, labor market analytics, capacity risk assessment, financial modeling and business case development. Senior Consultants are responsible for conducting their own research, data gathering and analysis to support location strategy and site selection engagements.   We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience and interest in labor analytics and location strategy, including domestic and international market selection, location decision framework development, labor market analytics, capacity risk assessment, financial modeling and business case development.  The Senior Consultant will support the development of new tools, identification of new data sources and coach junior team members to increase service offerings.

 

Essential Job Duties:

Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reportsDevelop creative strategic and analytical framework for multiple projectsReview the team’s quantitative models and projections as they relate to ultimate strategic client recommendationsIdentify and proactively diagnose client issuesUse superior written, verbal communication and, presentation skills to effectively influence Executive clients, gaining their buy-in and supportSupport the development of new industry tools, technology, and models to be applied to current projectsParticipate in the training, mentoring and coaching of new and junior team membersSupport development of marketing and training materials, white papers, and industry reports25-50% travel

 

Required:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in domestic and/or global location strategy and site selectionFinancial modeling and Business Case development experienceAbility to develop cohesive storyboards that distill large volumes of data into digestible executive recommendationsStrong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsStrong presentation skills and an effective management presence

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $86,700.00 - $102,000.00
