What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Consultant on the Enterprise Innovation – Delivery team, you will be responsible for executing and delivering strategic initiatives in our Enterprise Innovation portfolios. You will work with partners in various lines of business’s across the Enterprise to deliver proof of concepts, develop and execute on stakeholder’s strategies, while enabling great client experiences.

Collaboration / Relationship Building – You will need to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with partners across the Enterprise, working collaboratively with key stakeholders and partner groups to deliver on various initiatives.
Executive Story Telling – You will need to possess the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly, while engaging a diverse audience. Having clarity of thought, persuasion, presentation skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, are all essential for inspiring stakeholders and aligning narratives with organizational goals..
Business Agility – Deliver improvements in how we deliver by developing and supporting empowered teams, removing obstacles, and championing a business agility mindset.
Strong foresight and planning – You have the ability to break down engagements into actionable tasks for end-to-end (E2E) execution. This role requires building the necessary infrastructure to manage and adjust these tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the candidate must provide clear and synthesized views tailored to various management levels, highlighting the most critical elements and their progress.
