We are seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent with extensive experience managing large-scale pipeline infrastructure projects in the Oil & Gas sector. This site-based role requires exceptional leadership, a strong technical background, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments across multicultural teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating across multiple scopes, and ensuring that safety, quality, and schedule objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  Lead site supervision and execution oversight across allocated pipeline spreads and facilities. Monitor contractor performance to ensure alignment with project specifications, schedules, and HSE standards. Review engineering drawings, schedules, and GIS mapping to validate construction routes and progress. Support interface management between engineering, commissioning, and construction teams. Act as deputy for the Lot Manager when required, ensuring continuity of execution and reporting. Participate in constructability reviews and identify optimization opportunities. Supervise preservation, inspection, testing, and readiness for commissioning activities. Ensure local contractors and partners align with project execution plans and schedules. Provide mentorship and on-the-job coaching to local personnel and trainees. Drive a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and safety across site operations.
Skills & Qualifications
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering. Minimum 20 years’ experience in greenfield pipeline construction in the Oil & Gas sector. At least 10–15 years in cross-functional project roles covering field engineering, construction, and commissioning. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex interfaces across large infrastructure packages. Strong working knowledge of ASME, API, ISO, and related pipeline construction codes and standards. Expertise in LOTO procedures, hydro-testing, bolting & flange management, and pipeline box-up. Skilled in the use of systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, MS Office, and project reporting tools. Competent in interpreting construction schedules and identifying critical path impacts. Demonstrated success working with multicultural teams and managing local contractors.

  High proficiency in reading technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Commitment to ethics, HSE excellence, and continuous improvement Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to work in a remote, multi-stakeholder project environment.
