Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily residential projects from start to finish. The first
assignment is a 320-unit luxury apartment development in Knoxville, TN. This role is ideal for a team-oriented leader who thrives on mentoring junior staff
and driving project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects through full lifecycle executionMentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Project EngineersManage subcontractors and resolve field issues proactivelyOversee construction budgets and participate in pre-construction planningEnsure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standardsTravel monthly to job sites for oversight and team coordination (expenses covered)Collaborate with developers, architects, and internal teams to align project goalsRequired Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up multifamily constructionRecent experience managing multifamily projects (150–250 units preferred)Proven full lifecycle project management (pre-construction to closeout)Strong leadership and mentoring skillsExperience with budgeting and subcontractor coordinationWillingness to travel monthly to Knoxville, TNAbility to work on-site in Indianapolis Monday–FridayPreferred Skills & Credentials
Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft ProjectExperience in senior living, mixed-use, or podium constructionDegree in Construction ManagementOSHA 30 certification and other safety credentialsHands-on field experienceWork Environment & Perks

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
