Senior Construction Operations Analyst (Pearland)

**Description**
The Senior Construction Operations Analyst position provides strategic support for craft workforce planning across multiple construction projects, ensuring optimal workforce utilization aligned with project schedules and staffing plans. This position supports manpower forecasting, placement, training compliance, and scheduling, while producing detailed reports and facilitating communication with stakeholders; ensuring accurate KPI tracking and collaborates with field operations and project leadership teams to identify and implement continuous process improvement.
+ Accountable to provide an effective and comprehensive level of administration support to ensure the most effective utilization of craft resources.
+ Leads craft resource planning efforts across projects to ensure that positions are populated according to the operations group project staffing plan.
+ Placing individuals requires:
+ Ensuring that training is up to date for those individuals before placing
+ Job location is strategically located according to previous placement
+ Individuals are correctly trained for the project specifics
+ Ensuring that the crew buildup matches that of the project schedule and tracker
+ Develop and coordinate processes to meet project staffing demands and communicate the results to stakeholders.
+ Provides detailed weekly report on future craft shortages or excesses by craft type, date and duration
+ Will communicate effectively throughout the organization on current goals and initiatives.
+ Conducts weekly GP wide resourcing meeting to assure current resourcing plan aligns with current project start date, loading, etc. Escalates and unreserved allocations for projects with repeated unattendance and sends out notice.
+ Collect, analyze, and review construction progress and report to team for resource forecasting purposes.
+ Produce planning schedule for current and future work, including 3-week look-ahead scheduling for manpower.
+ Ability to facilitate and track the movement and forecasting of craft resource and provide reporting functions to Field Operations management team.
+ Provide frontline leadership, oversight, and accountability to ensure successful planning of current and forecasted manpower requirements
+ Accountable to ensure KPI tracking is accurate, and reporting is consistent.
+ Assures their respective operations implement with available technology and serve as a liaison to resolve any issues to avoid any interruptions
+ Participate as needed in project audits and field initiatives.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement and 7 years of industry related experience required (safety, leadership, craft, soft skills, etc.)
+ CPR/First Aid.
+ OSHA Certifications.
+ Valid Driver’s License required.
+ Scheduling and Forecasting software proficiency.
This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
