**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Construction Manager( High Rise & Steel Structures)** to join our Riyadh team! In this role you will be responsible for managing key construction packages and overseeing site execution for a multi-story tower - high-rise development with complex steelwork frame. The role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with contractors and consultants to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery of works.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
Site Management & Execution
+ Supervise day-to-day construction activities across assigned zones or packages.
+ Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
+ Coordinate sequencing of works including basement, steelwork, concrete, and architectural finishes.
Contractor Coordination
+ Manage subcontractors and ensure alignment with project schedule and quality standards.
+ Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or logistical issues.
+ Monitor workforce productivity and resource allocation.
Progress & Reporting
+ Track progress against construction milestones and report deviations.
+ Support the Construction Director in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
+ Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to planning sessions.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
+ Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
+ Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
+ Liaise with QA/QC and safety teams to address non-conformances.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
+ Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, including high-rise and steel structures.
+ Strong experience in managing complex construction packages and site teams.
+ Familiarity with basement works, steel erection, and tower construction.
+ Strong leadership and team coordination
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
+ Proficient in construction software and scheduling tools
+ Good understanding of construction contracts and site logistics
+ Effective communication and reporting skills
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Experience in sports, entertainment, or mixed-use developments
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
+ Certification in safety or construction management is a plus
