Worley is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join our team working on a major greenfield mining site development in the Pilbara. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of construction project lifecycles, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage EPCM projects and teams.

As Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall Site Construction Management leading a dynamic team of professionals providing construction oversight to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget and to the right quality.

What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include\:

Leadership & Direction\: Provide strategic leadership for construction , ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in line with contractual and organizational goals. Construction Management\: Accountable for ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are implemented and complied with.
Integrated Delivery\: Oversee multiple or complex construction projects by defining goals, aligning methodologies with client and business requirements, and managing integrated project plans. Problem-Solving & Innovation\: Leverage industry expertise and internal resources to resolve operational challenges, implement process improvements, and support new systems and tools. Stakeholder Engagement\: Communicate and present project strategies and outcomes to senior management and customers, influencing key decisions. Team Management\: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, handling recruitment, performance evaluation, and staff development while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

What you’ll have

University degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture). Substantial relevant experience in project management, supervision, and/or technical roles within construction in a mining environment Senior Site Executive and Schedule 26 Manager Work Safe Western Australia Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-impact construction projects. Proven experience in developing tactical plans, troubleshooting, and executing organizational goals. Advanced knowledge of construction, completions, commissioning systems, processes, and tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
