Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Group Consolidation Manager, you operate on an international scope and integrate a team of 5 people. 

Your activities will be the following:
-    Preparation of monthly consolidated accounts in IFRS: assistance to subsidiaries, review of packages, analysis of specific key topics linked to the construction of the monthly consolidated financial statements (such as rationalization of the tax expense, closing of the statement of changes in equity or analysis of the cash flow statement); 
-    Participation to the publication of the consolidated financial statements of the Group every semester and year-end;
-    Support and training of more than 300 subsidiaries located on all continents in the reporting of financial data using HFM consolidation software;
-    Follow up of the scope of consolidation and estimation of the impacts of scope variations for the Group (business combinations, additional acquisition of minority interests, etc.);
-    Communication of procedures and best practices within the Group;
-    Monitoring of changes in accounting standards and assessment of their impact on the Group's consolidated accounts;
-    Daily collaboration with the different consolidation stakeholders: controlling, accounting, treasury, tax, legal teams;
-    Collaboration with the auditors.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

-    Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or Equivalent, you have a confirmed experience in consolidation and reporting (more than 4 years) in an international environment or in production of consolidated accounts for different Groups in an audit or accounting firm 
-    Expertise in consolidation and strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
-    Fluent business level in English and good communication skills are mandatory to be able to interact with the subsidiaries and the partners.
-    Ability to use full functionality of MS Excel and the knowledge of a consolidation software are indispensable, the knowledge of HFM would be appreciated.
-    Strong spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork
-    Proactiveness, autonomy and transparency to foster improvement daily
