Senior Compliance Technology Liaison

Job Summary: The Compliance Senior Technology Liaison serves as the primary bridge between Compliance users, Compliance Technology, and Information Services (IS), ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role is responsible for troubleshooting Compliance data-related issues, operational processes, and system maintenance; reviewing requirement specifications; and performing quality testing on new and existing technology. The Liaison develops and analyzes metrics, reports, and business processes to support Compliance functions, identifying patterns, trends, and data integrity issues while recommending enhancements to department technology. In addition, the role conducts user acceptance testing and evaluates software release readiness for Compliance-related applications. Experience with SQL or data administration tools is highly beneficial for success in this position. Essential Duties Serve as a primary point of contact between Compliance users, Compliance Technology and, where necessary, Information Services (IS) to supply information as needed at the request of management, company associates, and financial professionals Troubleshoot Compliance data-related issues, operational processes and maintenance issues presented by system users and perform quality testing on new and existing technology Review requirement specifications for Compliance to ensure quality control standards are maintained Identify Compliance data integrity issues, develop and enhance department technology and recommend improvements to Compliance Management Develop and analyze metrics, reports, and business processes to support Compliance function; identify patterns, trends and updates; and ensures consistency and accuracy as per department standards Conduct user acceptance testing and evaluate software release readiness for successful implementation of Compliance related applications and software functionality Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, with Compliance processes, data integrity, and technology-driven workflows. Compensation: $95,000-$115,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
