Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Compliance Engineer in Plano, TX. Role Overview: This position supports audit and risk assessment activities, primarily focused on SOX control requests from EY. The resource will coordinate with internal tool teams, gather and present evidence, and support documentation and oversight functions. The role will evolve to include more responsibility as familiarity with EY processes grows. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming SOX control requests from EY * Coordinate with internal tool teams to gather and validate evidence * Conduct cursory reviews before submitting evidence to EY or internal teams * Present findings and evidence to EY (initially supported by Compliance Lead) * Update and maintain documentation of controls * Participate in meetings and oversight activities. * Support Application-related items as scope changes. * Potential involvement in dashboarding and analytics outside EY requests Workload Distribution: * 50%: Handling data requests * 25%: Updating documentation of controls * 25%: Meetings, status updates, and oversight
