DescriptionThis is a great opportunity for an individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional growing team.  

Key Responsibilities\nCompleting complex CDD reviewed for structures with multiple levels\nPreparing or approving EDD checklists, identifying high risk factors and mitigating the risks identified\nEffectively delegating CDD tasks to junior team members with appropriate oversight\nHaving a good knowledge of counterparty CDD and confidently advising the administration team on the requirements\nAccurately assessing hits from the screening platform on a timely basis\nResponsibility for ensuring transaction monitoring if undertaken in accordance with P&Ps\nSchedules and undertakes initial and period reviews for clients, ensuring the tracker is up to date\nCompletes CMPs to a high standard, providing sufficient backup for statistics\nWork with senior team members to collate information for the CO report and board packs\nProactively reviews with GFSC website and demonstrates sufficient knowledge to draft regulatory update sections of compliance reports\nIdentifies breaches of rules, regulations and guidance, providing summaries to senior members of the team\nProposes solutions to rectify breaches and errors\nAbility to run the new business process to the point of handover to the manager\nOversight of the compliance mailbox, ensuring junior team members have picked up all appropriate tasks in a timely manner\nOversight and review of work completed by junior team members at the appropriate level through effective delegation\nTakes responsibility for more complex queries, coaching junior team members where appropriate\nDay to day contact with the administration team for ongoing queries and requests\nAny ad-hoc duties as necessary\n

Experience / QualificationsThe candidate is expected to have a minimum of one-year relevant experience. Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, preferably, completion of a degree or similar. The candidate will be expected to have a relevant AML/compliance qualification (e.g., ICA Compliance Diploma/Certificate or AML Diploma/Certificate)
