**Senior Compensation Consultant –** **Annual Compensation Review** **Job Description** **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Compensation Consultant** to support the execution of annual compensation review processes. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering annual compensation review to align with enterprise goals and business priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a collaborative approach, and an understanding of compensation programs to help drive impactful outcomes during one of the most critical periods in the compensation cycle. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the implementation and delivery of compensation programs, with a strong focus annual compensation review cycles. + Evaluate and enhance compensation processes by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved efficiency. + Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and align programs with both global enterprise-wide and business-line-specific needs. + Manage the full lifecycle of annual compensation delivery, including planning, launch readiness, implementation, and control execution. + Leverage systems such as ServiceNow and Workday to support compensation operations and ensure data integrity. + Monitor program performance through KPIs, ensure effective control execution, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with HR partners, Legal, Control, and Line of Business Compensation teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely communication of program changes. + Contribute to cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members, as needed. **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Compensation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. **Desired Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of compensation principles, including experience supporting annual compensation review cycles. + Proficiency with Workday. + Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders. + Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners such as Legal, Risk, and Control. + Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. + High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. + Experience in data analysis, audit preparation, and maintaining compliance documentation. **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule. + This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship. + This position does not offer relocation assistance. **Posting Locations:** + Charlotte, NC + Minneapolis, MN + Phoenix, AZ + West Des Moines, IA + Irving, TX + San Antonio, TX **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
