The Global Compensation Team is responsible for all aspects of compensation including program design, strategy, funding, metrics, regulatory compliance, controls, analysis, reporting and tools which provides an outstanding opportunity to advise senior leaders company-wide and globally while collaborating with partners throughout the organization. 


We’ll Trust You To:

Analyze large data sets to identify trends, deliver insights and make actionable recommendations that drive impactful business outcomesDevelop reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and actionable format for key stakeholdersPresent analyses and findings to business managers and senior leadership to support decision makingWork closely with managers and other departments on an ad hoc basisWork with technology teams to ensure data and systems meet the needs of the teamConduct research into external market data and practices with the ability to relate them to what we doEnsure company compliance with country specific regulations and laws, including reporting requirementsPartner with other team members in a collaborative environment that requires effective communication, project planning, hitting deliverables and handling expectations Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

You’ll Need To Have:

4+ years of relevant experience in Finance  Bachelor’s degreeSuperior Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong analytical skills with experience working with large data setsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights

We’d Love to See:

Prior experience in roles involving budgeting, financial modeling, or workforce analyticsDatabase (MicroStrategy, Microsoft Access, Workday, etc.) and Data Visualization (Tableau, Qlik) experienceStrong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create a storyCollaborative team player with the ability to deal with changing priorities Flexible self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fluid environment

Salary Range = 105000 - 140000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
