This is an onsite role based in Lombard, IL and will report to the Director of HR Rewards, Systems, and Analytics and will play a critical part in developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation programs to ensure alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy, business goals, and market trends. This role will also be a key contributor to the success of the company’s employee surveys and will contribute to other workflows on an ad hoc basis. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of compensation practices, market data, and compliance requirements. Annual Salary Range $92,000-$110,000 We offer + Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks + Sick days: 5 days + Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating + Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability (Benefits may vary depending on location policy.) Key Responsibilities: * Conduct job evaluations, benchmark positions, and complete compensation surveys to analyze market competitiveness. * Analyze compensation data, trends, and metrics to support decision-making and strategy development. * Support the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases and bonuses. * Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures, salary ranges, and pay grades. * Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job leveling. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA. * Prepare compensation-related reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. * Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offers and support internal/external equity analysis. * Assist with the development and implementation of compensation tools, systems, and policies. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CCP certification a plus. * At least 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards. * Strong knowledge of compensation best practices, job architecture, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
