Position Overview:As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you’ll be part of our Compensation Programs & Operations team, supporting the delivery of core compensation programs across Nutanix. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, executing compensation cycles, and driving operational improvements. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to deepen their experience in compensation analytics and operations in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll collaborate closely with team members across Compensation Consulting, People Technology, and People Business Partners to help deliver high-quality, data-driven programs. Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Operations & Program SupportMaintain global job architecture, job codes, and pay range dataSupport cyclical programs like pay planning and promotion cycles by preparing templates, validating data, and assisting with auditsPartner with Compensation Consultants to process survey data, develop benchmarking tools, and support job evaluationsSystems & ReportingRun standard and ad hoc reports using Workday and TableauSupport testing system readiness for Workday configuration updatesContribute to tools and process documentation for compensation programsProcess Improvement & CollaborationParticipate in efforts to enhance workflows, increase automation, and improve program deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow across systemsAssist in the documentation of standard operating procedures and enablement materials Desired Skills and ExperienceSolid compensation experience with the ability to operate in a fast-growing environmentStrong Excel skills with the ability to manage large datasets and build modelsFamiliarity with HR systems (Workday, Compa, Pave, Syndio, Tableau preferred)High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration in a team settingCuriosity and drive to grow in compensation and total rewardsCCP or interest in pursuing certification is a plus Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
