Senior Community Executive
Role Summary:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Community Manager in Reading. The Manager will lead a team to ensure management of the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and support the Operations Manager by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. The role will have responsibility for service quality, helpdesk task resolution, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, and site budgets accuracy. Customer Service is a key part of this role to ensure our business’s customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
