You will be part of Communications team contributing to Corporate Communications goals consistent with company and brand strategies and business priorities. Key Responsibilities: + Develop communication materials for the company and brands to protect the company's reputation and promote the brand. + Organize presentations of the company and brands for external and internal audiences in the sphere of your responsibility. This includes controlling the development of event concepts and scenarios, managing contractors' work and monitoring results, developing event budgets. + Promote the company's social responsibility initiatives through targeted internal, media and social network campaigns. Engage with stakeholders, including NGOs and community organizations, to support and promote the company's ESG initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research & development, sales, etc., to ensure alignment of communication efforts with business objectives. + Monitor and report on the impact of ESG and social responsibility campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. + Develop key messages and speeches for company employees and management for official events in the sphere of your responsibility. + Lead the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns and events in the sphere of your responsibility. + Based on monitoring, ensure the analysis of the information environment and the development of communication recommendations and strategies to protect the company's reputation in the areas of public relations. + Conduct training on new procedures, strategies, and programs within your competence. ​ Compensation & Benefits + Competitive base salary - starting from 300 000 RUB gross monthly + Annual bonus + Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross + Medical, travel, and life insurance + Hybrid WFO/WFH schedule + Access to P&G’s global comprehensive training portfolio + Relocation support in case you move to Moscow from another region Job Qualifications We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to get to grips with P&G’s business and operations with: + Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Communications with experience in Corporate Communications in an international company or PR agency + Hands-on experience with CSR, good knowledge of ESG agenda and practices + A higher education diploma; degree in the relevant field is preferred + Advanced English and Russian + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience in PR and crisis management + Strong project management skills + Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to develop ‘Wow’ content for external and internal audiences + Experience in leveraging corporate agenda in digital communications + Experience in supporting executives with communications + Comfortable operating within a matrix structure + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
