Job title: Business Partner, Communications, Otis Korea

Reports to: Director, Communications, Otis APAC & China  

Role objective: Contribute to design and effectively execute global, integrated communications plans aligned with the business vision and strategy and the local/Operating Unit needs and process to engage customers, media, external stakeholders and employees, including a clear messaging framework. 

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Advisor to Operating Unit leadership: Consults on such things as leadership messaging, crisis and reputation management, colleague messaging/engagement, social impact programs, etc.Liaison: Acts as a key point of contact for the Director, Communications APAC & China and World Headquarters CoEs to ensure delivery of assets and information, effective communication, and program support requests are clearly communicated.Roll-Out: Coordinates, communicates and distributes Otis-wide, regional and Operating Unit programs and messaging ensuring customer and colleague engagement.Content Writing: Writes, or collaborates with copywriters and WHQ CoE teams, to write original and relevant content for Operating Unit leadership messaging, social media, press releases, Otis.com, Connect, etc.Execution: Provides project coordination and execution for Communications initiatives and Communications events at the local/Operating Unit level. As needed, partners with Brand & MarComm CoE and local Marketing or business leads to support local, customer or A&D events.Digital Chanel Management: (social media, colleague communication assets, etc.). In partnership with global channels owners/leads, contribute to the creation of content specific to the geography & manages the geography’s key language-speaking channels (strategy, content).Social Impact: Execute CSR initiatives and ensures that social and environmental concerns and partnerships are identified, promoted and incorporated into country activities and messaging.
