That’s what makes us Roche.     As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) for Roche Diagnostics, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) journey across the Brazil Market. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our business while delivering market-leading customer experiences. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify profitable commercial opportunities, improve contract performance, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.About the opportunity: Managing Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) processes, from quote management to contract monitoring, ensuring financial sustainability.Modeling new tenders and contracts, as well as extensions and renewals, aligned with business objectives.Continuously monitoring contract financial health, driving improvements in collaboration with customers.Leading negotiations and building partnerships with low to medium-high complexity customers.Tracking customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle, focusing on profitability and outcomes.Driving sustainable commercial deals, considering risks, competitor assumptions, and pricing strategies.Acting as a key co-leader on cross-functional initiatives critical to the affiliate business plan. Technical and behavioral skillsDatabase manipulation capability;Financial, business analysis & reporting;Taxes & import costs;Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail;Protagonism and proactivity;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;Sense of urgency and priority;Team player.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.MBA or Master degree is recommended.Experience: Solid experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong background in financial modeling.Advanced knowledge in excel.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Solid accounting knowledge.
