Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

 Perform Commercial Project Management activities and tasks for the assigned Projects Portfolio. Drive end to end commercial execution, business performance planning and ensure alignment of portfolio performance with organization goals. Oversight of commercial execution across projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with KPIs (Revenue, Billing Plans, Cashflow and Margins)Contract & Claim management with clients and subcontractorsDriving & monitoring of project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans etc.)Ongoing project Performance Monitoring (calculation and plan vs actual deviations)Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costsEvaluation of Risks & Opportunities, risk mitigations and reporting Monitoring and evaluation of plan, actual & committed costs, and identification & corrections of discrepanciesProcessing of purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAPBills verification with reference to agreed terms & conditionsMaintaining progress & payment records of subcontractorsFollow up of accounts receivableEnsuring compliance of policies & procedure of documentation required for smooth processing of subcontractors' paymentsCoordination with treasury for bonds, guarantees, letter of credits etcPlanning & monitoring of procurements and equipment shipping schedules

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

 Minimum Graduation in Accounting, Finance or Relevant Fields Minimum 7 Years, Past Siemens experience is a big plusGood understanding of IFRS, FRG, Accounting StandardsExperience in SAP is mustCPM@Siemens certification is a plusExcellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ability to work under high pressure with very close deadlines Fluency in English & Arabic
