Job Title: Sr. Commercial Manager – Digital Strategy & Performance
Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Sr. Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy and performance analytics for a fast-growing digital initiative. This role will be instrumental in driving sales, transactions, and profitability through data-informed decisions across pricing, promotions, assortment, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, deep analytical expertise, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
DKey Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the commercial model, including forecasting, margin optimization, and profitability trackingMaximize ROI through strategic investments and performance enhancementsAnalyze and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion, average order value, retention, and transaction growthLead pricing and promotional strategies using data-driven insights to optimize performance across product categoriesProvide analytics for pilot programs to support demand planning, replenishment, and fulfillmentDevelop and refine subscription models, including pricing, bundling, and retention strategiesManage integration of third-party consumer goods models to ensure commercial alignment and operational efficiencyCollaborate with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial governancePartner with digital, technology, product, and operations teams to enhance user experience and conversionMonitor retail and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable strategiesEnsure commercial decisions align with brand values and customer expectationseRequired Skills & Experience:
7+ years in commercial management, digital strategy, or consumer productsProven experience in data analytics, financial modeling, and forecastingStrong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketingExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnershipsFamiliarity with subscription models and pricing strategiesHighly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in global or multi-market environments (preferred)Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Mthe icrosoft Office SuiteExperience with platforms such as Shopify (preferred)Education:
A degree or certifications are not required, but are considered a plusPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
