The Senior Financial Analysis Manager – Commercial Finance position will partner with Global and Corporate Account EU and US sales organizations in the financial management and administration of the corporate account business. The emphasis of this position is to understand the Global and Corporate Account customer programs, act as a financial and business consultant, and grow and protect the corporate account customer base while increasing profitability.
This position will prepare analysis and create insights specifically tailored to corporate account commercial arrangements. The position has direct supervision of analysts.
What You Will Do:
Provides direct support to the EU Corporate Account (G)CAMs in the financial management and administration of the Corporate Accounts business. This will include monitoring contract profitability and working with the sales team to implement changes to program terms, pricing, and product mix.Presentation and routing of proposals for management approvals when required. As part of proposal development, provides the sales team with recommendations on the program financial elements and structure.Monitors cost guarantee and flat-fee programs, including identification of excess product consumption, and providing corrective action recommendations.Reviews and approves customer refunds in accordance with contract terms.Partner with the Global and Corporate Account Sales associates to understand and communicate the impact of their sales activity, including identifying opportunities to drive additional sales (pricing and volume growth).Drive process improvement and best practices within the commercial finance team.Project work and various ad hoc analyses as needed.Talent and team development are a significant requirement of the position—coaching and development for 3 direct reports, with a total of 6 team members.

What You Will Need:
Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field7+ years of relevant work experience (P&A, Controlling roles)English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skillsSupervisory experienceAbility to create strong cross-functional relationshipsStrong analytical and organizational skillsHighly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPointHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyComfortable dealing with ambiguity; able to self-manage well; highly accountableResults-oriented; proactive; and possesses a high level of integrity
