We are looking for a curious, proactive and ambitious team player for the Hill’s Nordic hub (covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland). We are based at the Nordic Hub head office in Copenhagen Capital Region, Denmark. This role reports to the local Head of Finance. Joining our company will also offer you the opportunity to build a strong career path across the wider Colgate-Palmolive world so if you’re interested in work that matters and want to be part of our exciting journey, we invite you to apply! **Your Main Responsibilities will include but not limited to:** + Building a leading forecasting process + Reflect the Nordic hybrid go-to-market structure in a financial model which can be used to model the impact of key strategic decisions + Liaising with our European HQ, provide insights and explanations to support the Nordic submissions + Together with the Customer Development and Marketing teams, build collaborative tools to collect data and business insights + Provide financial guidance to the commercial team about the impact of strategic decisions + Take local ownership of the corporate planning tool, test any system developments to the tool and optimise its use + Work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to plan net sales and customer promotional activities + Loading and tying out all planning submissions between the various planning and reporting systems + Optimising the Nordic cost to serve + Working together with the head of CS&L, identify & model opportunities to minimise warehouse and distribution costs without compromising customer service e.g. MOQ’s, order patterns + Marketing Partnering + Driving the brand planning process including pricing, volume and margin estimates and Advertising and Promotion (A&P) spend + Provide reporting tools and analysis to evaluate new product launches, price changes and margin development by brand, size, type etc. + Reviewing the monthly A&P spend, ensure adequate month end provisions and provide variance analysis to budget and prior year + Providing guidance on the correct treatment of promotional spend and ensure accounting treatment is in according the current financial guidelines + Analysing the impact of promotional support on product range performance with ROI calculations + On-going support towards: + Roll out of new financial applications + Ensuring an accurate and timely financial closing process + Monitoring product pricing within the pricing corridors + Other ad hoc / project work to support the commercial organisation **Who you are:** + Works with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail + Structured and organized, able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a high pressured environment + Ambitious and proactive + Professional Finance Qualification is desirable (e.g. Cand Merc, BSc / MSc in Business or Accounting) + Exception skills modelling in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & experience with data visualization tools + Experience with SAP + 2+ years’s previous experience in commercial finance and analysis, experience in FMCG + Fluent in English and preferable in one of the Nordic languages If you’ve read this far, we bet it’s because you’re serious about joining a group of passionate people so just hit the “apply” button and submit your application. **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
