Senior Commercial Analyst
**Quote from Hiring Manager:** We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst with strong analytical and excellent communication skills. This person will be instrumental in discovering meaningful insights from complex data and tracking the implementation of key initiatives across the organization. Will need to actively collaborate with various areas to identify opportunities, translate them into actionable recommendations, and ensure progress on established plans. **Meaningful Work From Day One:** The Senior Commercial Analyst takes on the management of key commercial projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget, and within scope, working closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery. This role is a key partner that collaborates with internal key stakeholders on identifying business opportunities and supports the development of appropriate tactics and strategies, identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to generate actionable insights and propose solutions. This will be accomplished in a compliant manner with a high degree of integrity, strictly following all Brown-Forman policies and all applicable Mexican laws. **What You Can Expect:** + Strategic Discovery: Partnering across the organization to identify strategic insights within all operating functions and geographies. + Advanced Data Analytics: Leverage multiple data sources, including Nielsen and Iscam, and advanced tools to develop business analytics, including effective data visualization. + Insights: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to generate actionable insights and propose solutions. + Sales KPIs: Track, manage, and calculate monthly and annual KPIs of the commercial team. + Strategic Partnership: Analyze financial and business strategies, and translate them into clear and concise action plans for diverse audiences, working closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. + Business Support: Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and support the development of appropriate tactics and strategies. + Project Management: + Take on the management of key commercial projects, coordinating key stakeholders for the flawless execution of them. + Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant key stakeholders and ensuring feasibility + Develop timelines, work plans, and dashboards using the defined management tools. + Report periodically to the areas involved and management on the status of the projects (progress, deviations, adjustments). **What You Bring to the Table:** + Education: College/University (Bachelor's or Equivalent); Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. + 3+ years of experience working with commercial teams and data analytics. + English fluency, written and spoken. + Experience in data analysis, KPI calculation, and interpretation of complex trends. + Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel advanced). + Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner to different audiences. + Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to discuss financial/business strategies and translate them into actionable plans. + Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and high-level stakeholders. + Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills. + Experience in tracking and monitoring the execution of initiatives or strategic projects. + Results-oriented and driving execution **What Makes You Unique:** + Strategic and analytical thinking. + Ability to influence and persuade. + Collaboration and teamwork. + Adaptability and curiosity. + Experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry. **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
