WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

3+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused industriesProven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering business impactStrong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and commercial strategyStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategiesExperience in planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagementProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting purposesAbility to translate business needs into actionable plans and drive executionExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makersA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationshipsEnglish (business communication proficiency)
