As Senior Commercial Agronomy Specialist you will be responsible to ensure that the required amount of good quality and genetically pure seed is produced by the growers in the required volumes. As Senior Commercial Agronomy Specialist you will serves as the primary field contact for location seed production which includes the following: Grower management (ex. selection, training, selling the seed contract value, contract management, and support). Leads the field selection effort, coordinate field mapping, product placement, and seed field quality control, develops and leads the integrated pest management program, including budget considerations and vendor agreements. Supervises field activities and plant operations, performs analysis on production efforts, and prepares and presents reports as needed for the assignments undertaken. **You Will Be Part of Growing Team** Produce high quality seed, corn, soya beans and sunflowers. Provide internal and external technical support in the development and application of products, processing techniques, and resolution of problems.
