We are looking for a highly engaged Senior Commerce Cloud Engineer (m/f/x) to join our growing IT team in Romania.

In this role, you will have an impact on our commerce cloud platforms, ensuring a seamless and scalable digital experience to our global customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team driving innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.

What we are looking for:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within an enterprise level corporate IT environmentLanguage: Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Technical skills:

Strong knowledge on Postman, Newrelic tool, SQL, Jenkin,Shell Scripting, JBoss, Tomcat and NgnixKnowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS cloud, docker, Kubernetes and AzureGood to have: Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns

Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate site performance.Code Migration: Manage code migration across environments.Troubleshooting: Support and resolve storage, performance, application, and API issues.Maintenance: Perform and validate maintenance tasks during scheduled windows.Training: Document requirements and support training program design and delivery.Incident Management: Handle escalated incidents from Level 1 support, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.

This is initially a two-year contract (maternity leave cover). Typical work hours fall between the business hours of central European and North American east coast time-zones (mostly between 1pm and 10 pm Romanian time).
