The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, Revenue Management Consolidated Center – Asia Pacific is responsible for managing a team of Cluster Revenue Managers that supports hotels across the Asia Pacific region, as well as directly managing revenue operations for one key property in the region. The focus of this role is to drive continued development and growth of customer service standards, as well as revenue and profits. He / she is expected to engage and develop each team member whilst driving commercial performance for the portfolio by providing direction and offering feedback on performance. This role will report into the Director RMCC of your specific region.

What will I be doing?
\nAs the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, Revenue Management Consolidated Center – Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tHilton Worldwide will hold its Team Members accountable to the following key areas: profit, quality, customers, and people.\n\tEnsure all Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures are followed to capitalize and maximize revenue potential.\n\tEffectively manage the team and provides training and coaching to current and new employees to improve performance and to meet the current and future needs of the business.\n\tServes as a role model of commercial excellence, relationship building and emotional intelligence.\n\tUtilize systems, tools and reports in the prescribed way to ensure all revenue management decisions are supported with relevant data analysis.\n\tEnsure that relevant hotel and above-hotel commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement optimal strategies and controls.\n\tIntegrate with other functions to ensure we exceed our customers’, owners’ and shareholders’ expectations.\n\tWork effectively with RMCC Team members, hotel’s GMs, CDs, RDR and GC&E and on property revenue coordinators, Sales, Marketing and e-commerce to build trusting relationships and ensure incremental financial and revenue management performance (RevPAR, RGI, EBITDA).\n\tStreamline processes and efficiencies and increase revenue management skill set of the team.\n\tAssess and communicate performance of hotels in the portfolio to RMCC leadership.\n\tCarry out regular performance reviews with direct reports to identify risks and development needs.\n\tIdentify training needs within the RMCC and plan development programs to address them.\n\tEvaluate the impact training is having on the team's skills and business performance within the specialist areas identified.\n\tMaintain integrity of RMCC service standards.\n\tCultivate performance culture within RMCC and keep team members engaged.\n\tProvide direction and support to direct reports and hold accountable to goals.\n\tProvide effective support that leads to hotel performance improvement.\n

Required Qualifications

\n\n\n\tBA / BS / Bachelor's degree.\n\t3-5 years of related experience.\n\t2+ years of management or supervisory experience.\n\tExcellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.\n\tConfident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internal and external.\n\tPositive, open-minded and ready for a fast-paced and changing environment.\n\tClear, concise, logical and factual in making arguments and decisions.\n\tAble to recognize trends in data and evaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently.\n\tAble to prioritize and balance importance, urgency and resources.\n\tDetermined and energetic, whilst remaining calm and levelheaded to deliver results.\n\tStrong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.\n\tStrong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.\n\tSelf-motivated and driven to take initiative on projects and communication.\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n\n\n\tMS / MA / Master's degree.\n\t5-7 years of related experience.\n\t4+ years of management or supervisory experience.\n\tExperience in managing key hotels / business assets.\n\tExperience in managing a team of subordinates.\n\n\n
