Senior Developer (f/m/d) for SAP HANA Cloud Vault Infrastructure
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Our infrastructure services are designed and implemented using cutting-edge technologies, especially Kubernetes, and are running at large scale in all major cloud provider infrastructures. We are providing the foundation for an enterprise-ready unified data and semantics layer that ultimately enables our customers to build mission-critical, scalable, and reliable applications on top of our services.
As Senior Developer for our Vault Infrastructure, you are the go-to expert within the team for HANA Cloud secret management and utilizing Hashicop Vault running on Kubernetes at large scales. In your daily job, you will work on feature development like for example around multi-region disaster recovery for our Vault infrastructure and ensure that the existing services that our Vault infrastructure is composed of are working without issues throughout all our landscapes worldwide.

YOUR PROFILE
More than 3 years of practical experience in cloud-native software development, ideally in a Kubernetes environment At least 3 years of experience in developing and running Kubernetes-based infrastructures at industry scale (multi cluster setup) Strong and proven practical experience in using Hashicorp Vault for managing secrets Strong background in software product and cloud-native service development and proficiency in at least 2 cloud native programming languages: Golang, Python, Terraform Strong architectural background in Kubernetes design patterns, like sidecars, stateful-sets, operators along with CRDs Team player with solid experience in technical leadership of teams, motivating, empowering and coaching developers, cloud engineers, and architects across several seniority levels Excellent organizational, technical project coordination and expectation management skills, along with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute software development activities Ideally experience with HANA Cloud infrastructure and its development processes Outstanding, target group-oriented communication and presentation skills in English
