We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to support and manage our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in handling support tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining secure, high-performing IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner Troubleshoot performance issues across systems, networks, and cloud platforms Administer user access and Group Policies via Active Directory Patch and maintain Windows Server operating systems Support Exchange Online email systems Assist with cloud-related technical projects Maintain and support cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or cloud engineering roles Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Expert knowledge in: VMware Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO) Exchange Online Windows Server OS Intermediate experience with: Azure (Terraform, Network Security Groups, Entra ID, Azure Storage) AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM) Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle tasks proactively

Shift: Starts by 6.30 AM IST
