We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Cloud Solutions Architect to lead technical initiatives across multiple business units. This role demands deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices. As a technical leader, you will guide architecture decisions, implement scalable cloud solutions, and mentor engineering teams. You'll also act as a bridge between centralized architecture and various business units, ensuring enterprise standards while addressing unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Cloud StrategyProvide technical leadership across multiple teams and business units, influencing architectural direction and enforcing cloud best practices.
Architect, document, and maintain standardized cloud infrastructure and operational processes.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and align cloud strategy with broader IT goals.
Understand business-specific requirements and tailor cloud solutions to meet them.
DevOps & Infrastructure AutomationLead cloud infrastructure projects and new application rollouts.
Design and implement reusable Terraform modules to provision and manage AWS infrastructure.
Build, manage, and administer EKS clusters and Kubernetes environments, including Helm chart development and application deployment.
Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, including creating shared libraries and automation scripts.
Support migrations from on-premise to cloud-native environments in AWS.
Performance, Monitoring & OptimizationConduct performance engineering, including load testing and performance tuning.
Configure APM (e.g., Dynatrace), define SLAs/SLOs, and set up logging/monitoring via Splunk and related tools.
Identify and remediate system hotspots, scalability issues, and operational bottlenecks.
Team Leadership & Agile DeliveryMentor and train engineers at all levels in cloud technologies and architectural design.
Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Decompose large technical initiatives into actionable tasks and manage progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and DevSecOps best practices.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:Expert-level proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Deep expertise in AWS services, including:
EC2, ASG, SG, ALB/NLB, WAF, Route53, Transit Gateway, VPCs
EKS, ECS, ECR, Lambda, IAM
Advanced networking, routing, and security
Strong experience in Kubernetes and EKS administration, including Helm and deployment strategies.
Proven experience writing custom Helm charts and managing Helm templates at scale.
Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, Perl, and/or Go.
CI/CD expertise using Git-based workflows and Jenkins, including shared libraries.
Hands-on experience with APM tools (Dynatrace) and log aggregation/analysis (Splunk).
Experience with application and infrastructure performance tuning, cloud cost optimization, and observability.
