**Job Title** : Cloud Administrator II **Location** : APAC – Philippines **Position Summary:** The Cloud Administrator II is responsible for the management, monitoring, and support of cloud environments. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of cloud operations, providing a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The Digital Cloud Operations Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure, implement automation solutions, and respond to incidents promptly. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. + Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that align with industry best practices. + Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cloud-related challenges and improve operational efficiency. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud environments, processes, and procedures. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the cloud infrastructure. **Required Skills and Experience:** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud operations or a related role. + Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure. + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. + Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect). + Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. + Knowledge of ServiceNOW for change management and incident management. + Familiarity with observability tools and practices for 24x7x365 monitoring and alerting. **What We Offer:** + A great Team and culture – please see our Recruitment Video.
