Job Title: Cloud Administrator II

Location: APAC – Philippines

 

Position Summary: The Cloud Administrator II is responsible for the management, monitoring, and support of cloud environments. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of cloud operations, providing a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The Digital Cloud Operations Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure, implement automation solutions, and respond to incidents promptly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that align with industry best practices. Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cloud-related challenges and improve operational efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud environments, processes, and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the cloud infrastructure.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud operations or a related role. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect). Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of ServiceNOW for change management and incident management. Familiarity with observability tools and practices for 24x7x365 monitoring and alerting.
