Senior Clinical Process Associate- Hybrid- Sofia

Job Overview
Work with cross-functional trial management teams and provides administrative support to trial teams. Responsible for updating various systems, track key trial activities and maintain inventory of clinical supplies.

Responsibilities

End user access management. Granting & revoking of end user system access

Access reconciliation 

Review and finalization of vendor invoice payment and closure of PO.

Reconciliation of invoice payments

Collate and provide data in required format for dashboards creation.

Prepare reports from various sources like vendor portal, SharePoint, email links etc.

 Share the reports and requested data with CRAs/CPM at set frequency.

 Prepare query reports and share it with delegated persons.

 Initiate, track and finalize translation documentation.

Tracking of clinical supplies shipment, inventory, and return.

Tracking of vendor data archival post database lock.

Participate in document management (creation, review, maintenance, storage, as applicable).

 Participate in (study) team meetings and implement action items.

Ability to work in a timeline orientated environment and manage SLA’s effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline, is required.

3-4 years experience 

Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office suite. Competency in Microsoft Excel is added advantage.

Required Skillset & Experiences

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to learn and use clinical trial, payment and eDMS platform. 

Working knowledge of clinical research documents.

Demonstrated current knowledge of ICH, GCP, and other regulatory guidance as applicable to management of clinical documentation.

Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
